The Mercy Housing Lakefront application for a Zoning Special Use Permit for the proposed apartment project at Illinois Route 120 and Neville Drive in Grayslake has been placed on the Committee of the Whole of the Village Board Agenda for Tuesday June 21st at the Grayslake Village Hall, 10 S. Seymour Ave., Grayslake, IL.
The Committee of the Whole meeting immediately follows the regular Board meeting which starts at 7. It is anticipated that Tuesday’s regular Village Board meeting will be short and the Committee of the Whole meeting would begin between 7:15 and 7:30.
