Lake County News-Sun: Grayslake senior housing hearing now April 11

A hearing on a special-use permit for a proposed senior housing development in Grayslake has been postponed to April 11.
Initially scheduled for Monday, the hearing by the Zoning Board of Appeals on a proposed 70-unit, 55-and-over facility for a parcel at Route 120 and Neville Road, has drawn criticism from at least one neighbor.
Mike Andrews, who lives in the 300 block of Belle Court, said he and others who live nearby were not notified by the village about the meeting, which someone discovered a posting at the village police station.
